What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form on this site we collect your name, phone number, and the service you selected. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, or email, we also hold whatever you choose to share in that conversation.
We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and records standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and referring site. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
We do not collect payment card details through this website. Any payment for a session is handled separately at the studio or through a payment provider, and card numbers are never stored by us.
How we use your information
Your contact details are used to respond to your enquiry, confirm a booking, and coordinate the details of your session. We may contact you about your booking by phone, WhatsApp, or SMS.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Your photographs
Photographs taken during your session are stored securely and delivered to you through a private link. We retain session files so that reprints and re-downloads remain possible.
We will only use your photographs publicly — on this website, in our portfolio, or on our social media — with your explicit permission. You can withdraw that permission at any time by contacting us, and we will remove the images from channels we control.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are retained for as long as needed to serve you and to keep our own business records. If you would like your enquiry details deleted, contact us and we will remove them.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also opt out of analytics cookies through your browser settings.
